Marissa L. Diener, developmental psychologist and Associate Professor in the Department of Family & Consumer Studies at the University of Utah, enjoys teaching courses in parenting and child development. Her research examines individual differences in socioemotional development of children, parent-child attachment relationships, and parenting quality. She is the recipient of the University of Utah Distinguished Teaching and Service Awards.
